THOMAS F. GROSS, BROKER & APPRAISER
Tom utilizes his knowledge and experience gained from 35 years in the real estate business to help clients in all aspects of a real estate transaction. He is a 1983 graduate of Bridgewater College, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics. His real estate experience began while working full time with real estate appraisal companies in Roanoke and Lynchburg, Virginia. He has built longstanding relationships with realtors in Western Virginia, and consistently provides clients with approachable, professional real estate services.
John H. Stone, Sales Agent
John H. Stone is a life-long resident of the Alleghany Highlands. John retired as a Nationwide Insurance agent in 2018 after 42 years as an agent. He continues to assist his wife Sheryl in her insurance agency that specializes in property insurance for homes, farms, and rental properties. His many years of insuring properties throughout the area have resulted in a wealth of real estate knowledge. A 1975 DSLCC graduate, and 1977 graduate of Virginia Tech, John is active in the Highlands community as a member of the Kiwanis Club and the Izaak Walton League, among other organizations. He especially enjoys bird hunting with his English setter "Parker."
